Richard Thompson - Chairman
Richard is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur and an avid football fan. His Chairmanship of QPR and his involvement at Board level with Leeds FC have given him tremendous experience and friends within the world of football.
Richard has a strong vision for the Myskillz business and will steer the company with his vast experience. Richard was chairman of QPR at just 24 where he and Ray Wilkins formed a bond during the 8 years they overlapped at the club.
Ray Wilkins - Director of Football
Ray Wilkins is one of England’s best-known footballers. He made 179 appearances for Chelsea, 160 for Man United and 176 for QPR in addition to stints at AC Milan, Paris St Germain and Rangers. To this day Ray has the accolade of being Chelsea's youngest ever captain aged just 18.
Ray earned 84 England caps and was regularly appointed captain of our National team over a decade period. Ray has had manager and coaching positions with QPR, Fulham, Millwall and Chelsea and is now a regular and popular fixture on Sky Sports and other TV networks.
Rays football pedigree is first class and as Director of Football with Myskillz he is an invaluable member of the management team and a major asset.
Gail Ganney - CEO
Gail is a sports and Brighton and Hove Albion fan with 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience.
She is committed to work with the team to register hundreds of thousands of players to the myskillz system and to build an online sports community, which focuses on self-improvement.

Clive Rawlings - Executive Director
Clive is a leading barrister and an avid Manchester United fan.
Clive is passionate about football having played at a reasonably high amateur level when younger with Crystal Palace Youth, Bristol City Youth and Cheltenham Town.
He is presently Vice-Chairman of Hoddesdon Town Youth responsible for football development and also sits on the Committee of Hoddesdon Town Football Club.
Clive is myskillz creative football development director.
Lucie Lewis - Marketing Manager
Lucie is passionate about creating motivational environments for children.
With a stellar career in marketing and brand management in the high-end retail and service industries, Lucie has also successfully founded a household name business.
Her expertise in brand building is directly relevant to myskillz and she will have specific responsibility for marketing and communication with our online community.
Billy Gill - National Manager
Billy is highly qualified coach and passionate about football development.
A Manchester United fan, Billy is experienced in all areas of delivery and is dedicated to raising grassroots standards in players.
He has a BSc (Hons) in Sport Coaching & Performance and is currently undertaking his A Licence Football coach qualification.
In addition, he is an A1 Assessor, has a UEFA B Licence and is qualified in Psychology in football-level 3. He also holds a variety of youth awards.
Billy leads a team of professional coaches nationwide in the implementation of the myskillz system in clubs and schools across the nation.
Lee Dykes - Assistant Manager
Lee is a football professional and a passionate Manchester United fan, he has many years experience at Youth and Elite level in Football coaching & scouting.
He is currently completing his Uefa A License Coaching Qualification and holds FA youth award modules 1 & 2. In addition to this Lee also holds a L3 Assessing Vocational Achievement Certificate.
Bruce Potts - Schools Strategy
Bruce Potts was a teacher and headteacher for 25 years before becoming one of the country’s leading educational consultants working in schools across the UK to help them deliver outstanding learning and teaching for children, both within and beyond the curriculum.
He is a lifelong Brighton and Hove Albion fan and attends matches both home and away throughout the season.
Bruce's passion is sport and he has national body sports coaching qualifications in ten different sports, including football.
He believes that we should all be doing everything we can to help children grow up to lead healthy, active, socially responsible lives and the myskillz programme should be an integral part of that.
